We choosed Gerry's moving in Ottawa to move from one appartmant to another, distance of about 10min. 3 guys showed up, they destroyed every piece of our furniture, I new better how to carry the things through the doors them then. after moving us from one place for about 3hrs which could be done in an hour, they decided to take lunch break for nearly an hour. Gerry's wanted to charge us for they lunch break! Be carefull when you talk to joanne,who is apparently owner of company,she will tell you furniture is insured which is not and the guys talking more then working.They charged 7hrs, about 700 dollars and never in my life i had such a bad experience with such a lazy movers. It is a "rip off" big time.Once you sign receipt you will never see the money back. STAY AWAY FROM GERRY'S MOVING
