Here's a company that really cares about its customers. Only one time in the past year have I had and issue with my cleaning, and they worked with me to make things right and really listened to my concerns. The customer service here is absolutely outstanding (5 stars + a couple more) and their cleaning service is incredible too. My jaw dropped when I came home after my first cleaning. I never thought my place could look so brand new. Since then the service has never changed - always consistent and reliable. And, like I say, if you have any problems, just be communicative.
