This is by far the worst company ever. DO NOT buy anything from them. I bought a $500 strip curtain. They sent me wrong ones and recognized it. Then told me to re-purchase the correct ones and when I receive them to send first ones back for a full refund and when trying to return the first ones, they never answered my 10 emails or calls. They made me buy them twice and never refunded me the first ones. I am suing them for this. I have all the proof. Worst customer service ever

Im sorry that you have received incorrect materials. Do you have a contact as to who you have been dealing with or emailing so this information can be verified ? What email are you sending your inquiries to ?
.....We can look into this for you. We typically treat refunds in 2 ways....
1) We can process another order and process a refund once the original product is returned...So a new charge would occur and a refund is provided when the original or first product comes back.
2) We can await the product to be returned so it can be inspected and replaced with the product you would like. No additional charges but possibly a longer wait.
It sounds as though your case would be the first or # 1
Do you have a tracking number for the returned product which you are claiming is incorrect ? If so please email this to sales@strip-curtains.com and cc will@strip-curtains.com
We will rectify this corcen immediately once we hear back from you....Keep in mind we were also closed for the holidays which could be part of the reason you did not receive a response...

Good morning! I dealt with Diane when we first started order, then complaint to Daine. She passed me to Eugene and other sales department for the replacement order since we agreed to make new order and they would send me the Clear ones I ordered the first time. I paid for the second order and also paid for shipping. I received the correct ones the second time and when asked Diane and Eugene for the return label, they never answered my emails again after being in touch with them almost every day while I was paying for the second order. The I decided to email many of your departments and still no response. All I was asking is for a return label which you had to send me since it was your mistake the first time and I did pay for the second shipment. I think the fair thing to di was for you to at least pay for the return label. Since they're was no answer I realized that you were not even going to even refund the wrong order you sent me the first time.
I am really upset on how you deal with customers after realizing and agreed that a mistake was made on your side sending wrong color of curtains and also de plates were sent different from what i ordered but with the plates I managed to installed them like that. Did not complaint about that.
I really think I was very nice enough to pay for the second order, pay twice for shipping until I received it and try to return the first ones and then never get my emails answered or the refund I was told I would get.

After emailed Diane and Eugene several times and no answer. I also emailed Mike since I received at that moment an email from him asking me how it went with my order. Like a follow up or survey. I explained the whole case and he did not answer. He actually sent another email a week ago for the same thing. just a follow up or survey and I told him that I was very upset on how StripCurtains dealt my case and never answered me and had to explain the whole case again and after writing 2 long emails, a week later and still no answer. Whats the point of writing again and wasting my time if StripCurtains dont answer. Diane, Eugene or Mike???
All I need is a return label and a refund for mistake made by StripCurtains which we agreed on and recognized the mistake by the shipping department. I think I am being very clear and I dot understand why I have to explain this so many times.

By the way, I am very sorry I had to post this negative review and will remove it if you confirm that you haven't received my emails which I can send all of them to you if you provide me with an email.
It just isn't fair to be treated this way and make me pay shipping 3 times when the first order should of been the only one and had to pay for that shipping. I am willing to pay for the second shipping of the replacement order which I shouldn't pay but I should not pay for the return shipping.
