Best Hair Salon in Mississauga
I am superrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr happy with this place. I got a great haircut for $15 and I feel like I got a $35 haircut. Sally was very welcoming, listen to my instructions, and put in genuine effort to do a good job. There were few ladies waiting after me, but Sally focused and did not rush the hair cut. When I asked, Sally told me she has been cutting hair for more than 30 years. All I can say is thank you thank you for the great haircut I received.
This is a type of business that deserves more patronage and attention. No frills - just honest good haircut given by service provider with very positive attitude. And yes, I dislike those noisy stylists who flap their mouth throughout the hair cutting sessions that give me a headache and feel violated of my privacy. The service provider here was humble, welcoming, followed instructions, and provided good value for the money. I endorse this place 100% without hesitation.
On my first visit, I became of fan of the place, despite the B level haircut I received. I did not give enough precise instruction on my first visit. The second time I visited the place, I received A+++ hair cut. I was mindful to let her know exactly what I wanted, and she followed my instruction, and on one issue she talked me into letting her cut according to her understanding, and the haircut turned out FANTASTIC!!!
Lesson learned: Before you go to Sally, think about how you want your hair cut done, and be ready to articulate it in detail. She will deliver!!! And no, she is not my relative despite having the same last name, hahaha. I was won over on my first visit by the owner's stratospheric attitude, and willingness to serve the customer. Second time around, her skills wowed me big time. She talked me into changing my instruction a bit, and she was right. Sally is a gem of a stylist.
Keep in mind, she is from the old school. The establishment does not have the cool ambiance, the potpourri smell, or the ultra cool image of a Beverly Hills gay stylist. However, it delivers a great service by an old school stylist who appreciates and listens to her customers.

My wife went to get her hair cut and hair dye. Her hair dye turned out best since we start dating. Her haircut was best or second best. She mentioned how she paid about $30 less than the usual places she goes to, so she tipped the owner well.
