Office manager has absolutely no customer service skills, or any skills for that matter. Very poor payment plan set up skills. Stay away from this place. Tried to connect with the dentist 3 times to complain with no luck....office manager covers up his lack of skills and lost a client looking to spend thousands on dental care. Treated like we were living in a third world county. He needs to be fired before too much business is lost. Found a really great dentist around the corner.
