You can't go wrong with 5 classes and gloves for $30! You won't regret it. The staff is super friendly and supportive, it is like a family. Nice studio, no showers though. The cost to join is pricey but worth it if you go a few times a week or more (which is what most people who join do, because it is addictive). They are not judgey and I feel comfortable working out in public...it has been a long time since I have said that!
