If I could give them 0 stars I would. Worst experience ever. Never order anything through these guys. Don't know how they stay in business. Ordered a kiln with Mike over 3 months ago. It was suposed to take 6 weeks for paragon to manufacture and 2 weeks shipping. Now over 3 months later I still have no kiln,they don't answer my phone calls, or return my messages. They have become unreachable and have no idea what happened to my kiln. If they told me it was lost in the mail or any kind of explanation i wouldnt be as upset. Thanks ceramics Canada for wasting so much of my time. And for your excellent customer service you sure know how to keep a customer happy.
