I returned to Bramgate VW after 4 years of great experiences with my 2009 City Golf. I recommended my son experience the same service in 2011, and he leased his Jetta from them as well. After test driving 10 other vehicles, and experiencing what other dealers have to offer in vehicles and service, I returned to Bramgate and had Andrew Seery as my agent. I was again pleased with his service and patience in dealing with my issues and concerns. I did not feel that I was pressured but all of my concerns were dealt with in a friendly manners.
