Consistency

As with past visits, I was greeted cheerfully by all the staff. The visit was for a recall and I was told it would take less than 2 hours so I decided to wait in the café - free coffee and Wi-Fi. The car was ready in 45 minutes - they seem to consistently under promise and over deliver. If I had anything to complain about, the paging system to tell you your car is ready is difficult to hear in the café, possibly because of the volume of the TV on the news channel. Have been a long time service customer and have absolutely no reason to change!
