We made 5 orders during the past year and a half or so and always got the stuff right at our door in 2-3 days flat. We returned a couple of things and the reps always helped us out, one time it was even a month later I wanted a new color and they let me switch it with no hassles. I love the people who work there they always respond right away with personal attention, which is why I switched to them from my other websites I used to shop at.
