I agree with Brunosan's comment! I had no warning that they were going to be delivering at my house, which I wasn't home for since I work Monday through Friday like most people. So tonight I have to take an hour out of my evening to go pick up the package on Pembina (25 minutes there, 25 minutes back)!! So annoying!!!

The shipper can use our proactive notification option by including your email address, when creating the shipment, which would allow you to track your shipment.
We also offer a signature not required service, here is the form : http://www.purolator.com/pdf/SNR_single.pdf
You can also request that your shipment be redirected to a closer Purolator location or an alternate address.
