The simplicity in functionality is what attracted me towards MultiFlex RMS system. This is the first RMS system installed in my company and I’m really happy that I chose MultiFlex. The best thing about the software is that it is easy for the end user. The staff was quite comfortable using it and the support staff really helped in setting up the entire thing. The training sessions were crisp and easy to understand. Moreover, it keeps track of inventory and has a great matrix system. The periodic reports help us in the decision making process and I believe it is thus far the best RMS available in the market. The support team has been impeccable and one could not ask for more from these highly knowledgeable people. I would recommend MultiFlex to anyone setting up their first RMS because trust me, it’s worth it.

Louis is a life saver, literally. We had trouble with a bat who just refused to go out once he came inside the house. The poor guy flew in unknowingly but that was enough to freak out my kids. We contacted Louis and the response was super quick and highly unexpected. He came in, went about his job in a professional manner, and got rid of the bat. The service was exceptional and now I know I have someone to contact whenever I’m in trouble. A1 Checkmate is highly recommended!
