A nightmare rental
Never rent from these people .We rented a townhouse on Lee Blvd ,Winnipeg Manitoba that they advertised as move in ready .At the time we lived in Nova Scotia and when we arrived it was unbelievable .It was was no where near move in ready and they will do nothing for you other than collect their money from you and even try to over charge you .It is like living in a war zone the noise levels from Monday to Friday are enough to push you over the edge .Their only solution is if we can sub let this place they will allow us to move somewhere else which is a joke because they have the house next door to us that they can't rent so who do they think is going to rent this one in the conditions we are forced to live in We are counting the days until we can give notice and move and we would never rent from them again they are nothing but liars so don't go near them because you will be sorry and they will absolutely do nothing for you but take your money

Please remember that we do not personally own these properties and represent a private owner. Additionally, the complex in which you are living is a "war zone" because it is a brand new building and there is still construction happening. And we are also not the contractor...but despite that, you failed to mention the $300 discount the owner gave you for the inconvenience caused by his builder. At Garamark it upsets us to hear that we have unhappy tenants but again, we are bound, as you are, by the laws of the Residential Tenancies Act - this means we have to provide housing up to building code, and the tenants have to abide by laws as well, such as not being able to break a lease without subletting. Oh that $300 discount that you tried to tell us was only $200 , 3 months later for having no water for over 3 days that worked out well for you didn't it? We know we would never be able to sublet this place nobody wants to live here , but are counting down the days until we can give notice and we will not be using you people to find our next place .You can also tell the owner of this place to change his address I am tired of getting his mail you would think in 3 months this would have been corrected but it hasn't it's really not that complicated .
