I went to Carte Blanche and the place was beautiful and the service and pretty good.. but... they don't know how to dye hair! I first went and I wanted to go blonde but the girl gave me bad lights that almost looked grey. I went back to fix it (I'm not paying $250 if my hair isn't perfect) and they tried to fix it to a solid blonde colour but it sort of looks yellow/orange! Don't go here, way to expensive and you wont be happy with the results. It's like a book with a really nice cover but horrible plot.
