Slow Shipping and Terrible Packaging!!!
Just received a Otter Box Defender case that I ordered 13 days ago. The item wasn't even shipped until 10 days after I ordered and paid for it. When the case arrived it was not in the normal Otter Box packaging. Instead it was in a little plastic bag and shipped in a brown paper envelope. It wasn't even a padded envelope. I did inquire about my order 3 days ago and was told "as stated, it can take up to 14 days to receive your order". I beg to differ, their website did not state that! Whatever, the item was shipped the very evening I complained. My grandson seems happy with the Otter Box so I'm okay with that. I won't do business with this company again though.

I guess this person doesn't realize that frustration free packaging means no retail box. pure ignorance since this company is truly great with their service and promptness.
Frustration free packaging means what? Why would you refer to someone as ignorant because they did not have the same experience with this company that you seem to have had? There was nothing prompt about the service I received. I live in VA and the order was shipped from NY. It doesn't take 13 days to mail a small envelope that distance. My order was not shipped until 9/23, 10 days after the product was ordered and paid for. I'm inclined to think you are not a customer of this company at all; rather an employee or possibly an owner. Regardless, my so-so opinion of this company is just as important as your raving review and sarcastic comments!
I'm guessing this "customer" is just some trailer park idiot lol
