This is the most painful company I have ever had to deal with. I have critical data that needs to be restored, and they cannot find the tapes, do not deliver the tapes when requested. Deliver empty boxes when I need the tapes for my proper backup rotations. If you read this review, please think twice before enlisting this companies services.
