great customer service

I bought rear brake rotors, brake pads and brake fluid off Ahon, they have great service and the prices are great too. I highly recommend, the only problem is finding parking as the place is pretty small and I had to park on the side of the main street.

The Scarborough location was able to find a part that most places couldn't find (including dealers). The only problem was that I ordered it Saturday morning and they told me it would be available at noon, it took longer and I had to pick it up on Monday but overall the service was great and I am happy with the part.

I was trying to order some parking brake cables and brake hose, although they didn't have the brake hose for my car, the customer service was great. Very pleasant to talk to and really tried to help me look for my parts. Will do business with again!!!

I bought 4 winter tires from them last winter, I got no help, they pointed where the tires were and made me walk it to my car myself. The people working there were just gossiping and talking with each other instead of helping their own customers. Then when i asked them to install the tires into my winter rims they told me that they could do it as long as Im there by 5pm as they do not accept any customers after for winter tire installation. I took a half day and and came at 4:30 and they told me I was too late. I did this again the following week but came at 4pm and they said the same thing. I gave up and went to an auto shop across the street to get my tires done. Do no go to this location for any of your repairs extremely horrible employees.

They have the parts that I was looking for, but the service guy is pretty rude. I would rather go to torontojdm at midwest. The price and service is a lot better.
