We walked in and not once we were acknowledge. The person that came right after us got a big welcome. ( I felt is was a race issue)
We waited for almost one hour and they were still working on the same clients one young gentleman and one little boy who barely had any hair. When one of the stylist finished she took her time sweeping the floor not once did she acknowledged us.
When one of the others customers was getting cashed out never once they told us how much longer we needed to wait.
We ended up leaving. They did not deserve our business or seem to want it anyways. I wish I can give no star but it's mandatory.
