i purchased a food at Erin Mills Mall and noticed a lice crawling around and under my lettuce. Went back for a refund and guess what, I was told that she will only replace my salad. On top of that, I was initially accused that I got that "fruit fly" in the mall. The lady owner kept arguing w me and more customers are getting anxious what's going on in our conversation. She got embarassed and afraid to lose them so she just refunded my money like I asked for. Maybe if all her staff are wearing a hairnet, then i would have not have a lice in my food.
