I was dealing with Chris Fernandez @ Bramgate VW. After several negotiations we arrived at a mutual comppromise. I was very happy to make the purchase that I did.. Chris could not have been more helpful and explained all there was to know about my new Passat. He generously took the time and effort to show me and explaine to me all there was to know about my New car. I feel quite confident about my purchase and know I can count on Chris and Bramgate VW to assist me in any problems I may have in the future.. But I bought a VW Passat so I don't think there will be any...Steve Harnadek
