Horrible Aftersale Service

Purchased Honda Pilot 2016 in August 2015.
Very bad experience with after sale service.
Left vehicle at dealership for 3 days for an issue with sound system for 3 days, nothing was done and even no body bothered to call me and let me know that I could take vehicle back. I spoke to manager technical department about my concern and he promised me that he would talk to Honda Canada. I waited for 2 months for any response from the Manager but nothing then I went to dealership and found that manager has left the job and there was a new manager named Luis Guevara, I explained him my problem and he said he will take care of it. I, again, waited for 2 month and did not get any response and went back to dealership and found that the manager, Luis Guevara, has also left the job and now there is another manager named Sebastian and obviously, he did not know my concern.
