My parents bought a gas stove at Bad Boy. Their first new stove in almost 30 years. When it arrived it was the wrong one. Nothing like the one they ordered and paid for before delivery. When they contacted the store they were told a $300 restocking fee would apply even though it was the wrong stove. Since yesterday my sister cancelled her order for a new stove,fridge and dishwasher as did I. (of course we will loose our $400 deposit) My parents are an older European couple almost 70 that were so excited to buy a brand new stove and the entire experience has turned into a nightmare for them.
