Very disappointed!
I bought a set of 4 tires for my Suburban a few months ago. Not a bad deal - they were very busy but managed to get them installed. A few days later I noticed one of the tires was leaking so I took it in to a Canadian Tire in Red Deer because I needed it fixed. They told me the wheel hadn't been cleaned properly so the bead was leaking. I told Fastech that and they just disagreed and ignored me. Now all the other 3 tires are leaking so I took it back to them...they needed it for another whole day and said they fixed it. 5 days later, they're leaking worse than ever before. I called again and they said that my rims were obviously rusty and flaking so I needed to replace all 4 wheels. I've never had to do this before so I remembered what Canadian Tire told me and went to a local garage to check the wheels. They told me exactly what CT said - the wheels hadn't been cleaned and ground/sanded properly so the bead was leaking. They fixed it and it hasn't leaked a single pound of air in the last 2 weeks. They said these wheels can be ground down many, many times and you should never have to replace them. Called Fastech and complained and they got mad at me for accusing them of not mounting the tires properly. To be fair, they offered to look at them again, but I honestly can't spare another full day without my vehicle just to get another shoddy job done in hopes of selling me 4 new wheels. I'll get them done locally and pay for them all over again. I'll never go back!
