Bought a Natuzzi sofa and love seat for $6,000 two years ago and it looks and wore like it was 15 years old. Neither Sears nor Natuzzi, if you can locate their customer service anywhere, are willing to help and after reviewing the on-line complaints about both of them, I now know why.
