We used him for our house in Waterdown as well. When we moved to Grimsby last year, he came out and sold us two wrought iron inserts for 990.00. We were quoted less from a guy selling off a truck but he didn't have an actual office to back the warranty and his inserts looked rough. Jeff installed 2 Harmony full size that look fantastic with the transom done. All 3 times we used Academic, we were happy. Academic is reliable and I get the sense he sells only warrantied windows.
