My boyfriend and I had booked appointments for pedicures and manicures for last Saturday. we arrived five minutes before our appointment and the place was packed. We were seated at 3:30 for our pedicures (our exact appointment time) and were done and drying at exactly 3:45. My toes looked a mess. It was the worst pedicure and polish job I've ever seen. I could have done better myself. My boyfriends toes and feet did look better then mine and he was actually done five minutes before me. We had said that we were also booked for manicures to which we were told they were far too busy to accomodate us. I thought the service was disgusting. We were out of the salon by 3:50. INSANE. I sent an email of complaint to the salon only to receive a less than pleasant response filled with excuses for the awful service. Would we go back - absolutely not. Would I recommend it to anyone else - absolutely not. I have my nails done regularly (every 2 or 3 weeks) and this was the worst salon I've ever been to. So totally not worth the money. If it was a $5.00 pedicure, perhaps I wouldn't mind the awful service as much but for $28.00 it was outrageous.
