Great experience with Trillium. We moved many times and I am familiar with the process and what to expect. Searched around not only for the best price but also for best customer service. I was happy that we didnt have to deal with 10 different people. I was in contact with the same person from the quote to the final delivery set up. That made things so much easier. Kate was great to deal with. The crew was good at pick up in Edmonton. Took the time to protect everything which in turn helped everything arrive in order at delivery. The quote was a smooth process and my work was paying so the moving company was good about dealing with the payment part of it. Great to get back to us which was a bonus. All in all I think we would move with them again.
