Quaity of Furniture-Terrible
We purchased furniture from Tepperman's originally in October or November 2014. Three days after delivery the furniture was squeaking like we had had it for years, I called and they sent someone out to look at it, but I didn't want it fixed, I wanted it replaced as it was brand new. They did replace it no problem, I received my second set of the same furniture. I called within the week of having it to let them know that this set squeaked also, but I would give it some time to see if it got worse. About a month into having it, the whole arm caved in on the oversized chair. We again contacted Teppermans and said we don't want this furniture, there is clearly an issue with the quality of the furniture, we would pick something new.
We went in and picked a whole new set and ended up spending more money. We received our new furniture in January of 2015, we have had a repair once already, there was a tear on the seam of the arm. Not a huge issue, but...

It is now November, we had the couch looked at as it is terribly uncomfortable, the seats sink in the back and there is a terrible noise when you sit on it. It turns out the frame needs tightened and something to do with the springs is broken. They have come into the house and removed the couch for repair. I always held Teppermans to be of a higher quality product than most other furniture box stores but my experience states otherwise.
This was our first purchase with Teppermans for furniture and I will not purchase from them again. I did request the couch be replaced but it is over the time line in which they would replace an item, that is only 7 days. The customer service for the most part has been great, the value of the product, not so much.
