I've had the pleasure of owning an IS 250 AWD F-SPORT from Sept 2014, but upgraded to the IS 250 AWD F-Sport in June 2015. The overall service from the very beginning has been exceptional, especially both Grace & Jim. Together, they have taken care of me completely, and have been incredibly accommodating. I'm pleased to say that we have become friends (not typical of other auto dealerships). Along with them, the staff overall is very welcoming & inviting, and has somewhat of a family-appeal.
