I visited other places before coming to Approval Genie, that was my first mistake. I was so downhearted that I was going to place my dreams on hold for another year, Then I met Phillippe Chaccour. No one puts their dreams on hold with Phillippe, he does not believe in that, it is not in his vocabulary. He made me feel so comfortable after a long days work, mind you for both him and I cause he was working after hours also to help me. He went above and beyond in teaching me step by step what decisions I was making concerning the financing for the vehicle. He helped me set up the budget that I could afford so as not to fail but to succeed to make my payments and to help build up my credit. I thought I would be in the double digits but no another great surprise. Phillippe was very professional yet very friendly, his positive attitude rubbed off on me.By the time I left I was on cloud nine. I was approved that evening and I had my vehicle less than a week.When I picked her up she was a beauty, all freshly cleaned and smelled so new. Phillippe you are my genie in the bottle, I'm so happy I found you.You gave me hope to never say never. All I would not go ever anywhere else. I would recommend Approval Genie to anyone. This company is the greatest. I will send my family and friends there. I cannot thank you enough, tears in my eyes, I would give you more than five stars if I could. By the way this review should have been given last week but hey I have been driving my new vehicle and showing off lol. Thank you again Phillippe you are the greatest.
