Customer Non Service at its finest!
Last February I bought a new laundry pair. Samsung. I have never been so disgusted by lack of service and lack of caring in my life. On October 30 I contacted "customer care" to let them know the washer was on the fritz. Call samsung they said, samsung is responsible not us. I called Samsung. After over an hour on the phone with a very rude clerk there, I finally got a service appointment. Service technician came out, very friendly fellow. He ordered a part. And, we have been waiting ever since. I am a patient man, but my patience is gone now. Several calls to your 'customer care' department, and another few to samsung, and nothing! Still waiting on a part they say, we have to wait they say, the warranty is with samsung they say. Not our problem they say. Its samsung! You know what? I gave my good earned money to Tepperman and I expect Tepperman to take care of this under 1 year old problem!

Now, looking at all the reviews on here, and I see I am not the only one. I don't know who this person Karen is. But if she is the manager she never called me when I asked. And how come she is the only one allowed to get stuff done over there. It seems to me if you have a whole ton of people working in your 'care' department (I seem to get someone diffrent everytime i call) that they would have the authority to help a customer. On here, mr Noah keeps talking and talking about miss Karen, but never mentions any of his other staff. Funny, she is not ever there when I call and ask for a manager, and she can never returned my call.
I will never darken your door again, and am about ready to throw this set out and go to Essex!!!!

As a former Teppermans customer, I found that Leon's service met my expectations, and then some! I had my leather living room furniture delivered, on the day it was promised -- within the proper time window. Everyone, from the salesperson to the delivery driver was kind and helpful. When I discovered a scuff on the back of the sofa chair, a week later - I called and they sent a service man out right away (within a couple of days) and he was able to touch it up to my satisfaction! WOW WOW WOW! Is all I can say. After the nightmare that Teppermans put me through, I am so greatful! Will definates be back!
