brakes

I had my brakes done , they made a terrible noise, the mechanic compared my truck to his truck and said that it was normal.. they replaced my pad and let me drive away, now they sound worse then when i took in.. i think they should of replace the rotors as well.. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER. thank you David
