My first experience of DVN Hyundai was a very positive one. Eric was very respectful and never pressured us at any time. He explained the situation with the vehicle very clearly and advised us of our options. It was a used car, but this did not feel like a used car purchase. It was far better. Eric spoke to both myself and my wife about the vehicle, respecting her questions equally. This has not always been our experience at other dealerships. He negotiated fairly and I believe that we did the same with him. I have bought a number of used vehicles over the years and I know you have to be careful. That being said, Eric was outstanding, as was Lillian in the business office. I did not spend much time at the dealership as our research led us to the vehicle, and it proved to be the right car for us, and Eric made it an easy transaction. I highly recommend both Eric and Lillian to anyone looking to make a purchase.
