Nice indoor and outdoor. nice large stalls. No heated water though which seems difficult in the winter. Smaller paddocks with shelters available and several small fields for rotational turnout but everything always seems either muddy or just dirt. Always looks like there is someone repairing fences from horses being just too bored. Biggest problem here is that there are just too many horses on the 5 acres of this facility and things seem a bit rundown.

Nice indoor and barn but there is no turnout except for some small dirt paddocks. The two outdoor arenas are also quite nice.

From this review it is aparent that the reviewer has not actually been to our stables.

Our turnout paddocks are 40'x 45', which is double the size of the new larger paddocks put in at O'Hara. This paddock size was develop through consultation with Ron Cojar, who was one of the countries top competition veterinarians, and allows a horse to canter a few strids but not to gallop, thus reducing the chance of injury, while provinding ample room for them to walk and trot around.

The turnout paddok footing has a 12 inch pit-run sub-base with wood fiber top dressing.

Our farm is situated on 20 acres and was built to hold only 20 horses maximun, with 12 stalls, 4 outdoor stalls with 65' x 45' walkout paddocks, and 3 pastures all over 1/2 an acre: one of which is used for rotated turnout during the summer when we normally only have 10 horses - 3 that live in the other two pastures permanently.

In addition our stables provides:
- Experienced and Knowledgeable Staff
- First Class horse boarding facility with superior daily care.
- A school string of safe quality horses that are proven winners in the show ring.

Big New Outdoor Sand JUMPER Ring (300 x 100)
Outdoor Grass HUNTER Ring (100 x 250 )
Bright Spacious Indoor Arena (66 x 195)
1/2 Mile Exercise Track

In short we offer more ammenties than other stables in Kelowna with the least number of horses!!!
