I have been cheated by this business,...
they wanted to charge me double the quotation and came up with a hokus pokus story to justify it, when I refused they refused to give me my jacket, they still have it until now

That is absolutely awful!! Do you have any recourse? I wouldn't even begin to know where or whom to suggest that you call for assistance but there has to be someone who can @ the very least, help you get your jacket back!!! :)
It was a great experience dealing with this agency: professional and great customer service. I would recommend it to anybody fed-up with nanny agencies in Toronto
