I prepaid 2 years on a mailbox for my business address. I s=howed up at the store on April 19th and suddenly there was a sign informaing that teh store was closed. What a nightmare. I have to change all my company letterhead, FOrward my-mail. Find another company that offers similar service and it seems that I have lost my money! Apparantly the UPS franchise model is geared to make its franchisees got bankrupt from what I have been reading.
