A&W King St, RUDE WORKERS
I went to this A&W on August 16th, 2010 at around 7:30pm. My family and I were just coming back from cedar park and decided to stop by the drive through and grab some burgers for when we got home. There were 4 kids, and my mother and I, so obviously we had a big order. We got to the drive through and waited at least 5 minutes, which would have been fine had the guy said "one moment please" but instead we were left in complete silence. Finally someone asked for our order and I gave the order, not even half way through the guy interupts me and shouts out the cost. POLITELY, I said "sorry I'm not done..." and finished our order. When we got to the window I had realized I had forgotten to order chubby chicken strips so I ordered them at the window. The guy kept yelling at the girl he was working with to get him a chubby chicken burger, I corrected him and he said "ok", although 2 seconds later he yelled for the chubby chicken burger AGAIN. He was constantly yelling at his co workers and had a nasty attitude. He gave us our food which was thrown sloppy in the bag, and my mom asked if he had the chubby chicken strips in there, then he literally shouted "YES, THEY'RE IN THERE!" with the nastiest attitude ever. I was so disgusted. Our burgers were falling off the buns, we were missing 1 fry, and the fries were cold. I need to add that there was no one behind us in the drive through, nor in the store so this behaviour was really inexcusable. I don't care if you work at a fast food joint, or at a fancy resturant you DON'T treat your customers like garbage. I'll never be going to this A&W location again.
