small
Quite possibly the emptiest mall in Edmonton. The small independent shops have slowly left, with no new store openings since Wal-Mart took over the Woolco store space.
I do recommend a visit to the library and food court though. There is also a good farmers market that happens every Saturday.
Great customer Service
The staff here really care. Time is taken to explain the costs, and possible causes of a particular problem.
Also, additional work that is not requested (and then charged) does not happen, unless requested.
I had problems with a heater in my car, and the solution was finally found with a follow up visit.
Poor Customer Service
I have brought my pet to this clinic for 5 or more years, and in this time had never received an on-time appointment. I would arrive for a 5 o'clock appointment, and not be seen for at least 20 minutes or later.
Further to that, in receiving routine information and follow ups from the clinic regarding test results or similar items, I would always have to call to find this information out, rather than receive a phone call as promised from the clinic.
I have made my concerns about these two points to the clinic, but after no improvements or changes, I have stopped going to this clinic.
Great
This is a great restaurant. After going here for quite some time, I learned that most of the food is made in-house, not prepared at some central warehouse, like so many of the chain restaurants of today do.
The atmosphere is friendly too!
All around great. Great menu selection, service and quality of food.
