We hired the company to do both an exterior and interior window cleaning. They cleaned just exterior front front window (only one window) and then left a piece of paper (apparently an invoice) with a dollar amount on it. No official invoice, no tax breakdown, no HST number. The invoice was for $150, but they never completed the exterior or interior windows. They tried saying they did the work. Not only was I home that day to let them in for the interior, but we have surveillance cameras that showed they didn't do any cleaning. They promised a re-clean and we booked an appointment. I stayed home that day. They never showed up. Two days later we receive a voicemail saying they'll come in on another date. Again, no-show. They've called with 3 appointments and never showed up. I've emailed and called to terminate our contract. Only after that, they sent out their team. For a guy that manages trades for a living, this was by far the most unprofessional service I've ever encountered. Just ridiculous.

I was moving to Toronto for a work assignment and needed a place quick. The staff were friendly. They showed me around the place, helped me find a unit I liked. I was offered the choice of darker floors for a nominal fee, which I went for. When move in day came, everything was in perfect working order. All new freshly painted walls, re-stained floors—it was great.
