Worse ever costumer service
After an exhaustive search for a "Prestigious" Lighting Store I carefully choose Royal Lighting with the hope to get a special light bulb that, sure enough:it's hard to find, so I called the store, described the light bulb TWICE, to two different sale persons what I was looking to buy and after a "long deliberation" over the phone they ensured me that it was available at the store...WELL: IF YOU REMEMBER LAST SATURDAY SNOW STORM, Jan. 3rd you then can have an approximated idea how I felt after driving from St. Catharines to Etobicoke and been told they did not have what I was previously asked several time with all possible specifications. The store was with countless staff in a confused running around and no one seemed to knows when/who and how to approach the costumer.By the time I was long insisting to be taking care with my request, approaching on my own several staff persons, the Showroom Manager Raj Myl then was, fair is to be say, with all possible attempt to find the nonexistent light bulb, spontaneously offered to contact me through email if he find it in another store or provider. He send me a reply the day after with a link that neither has the light bulb...never again hear from him. My conclusion: you can have all possible products BUT if you're missing costumer services the place then is a total fiasco
