I ran out of my own colour at home so I went here to have it done for me.

She dyed my hair but she also dyed my forehead. When she rinsed my hair, the dye did not come off my forehead. The black blotchy mess ran about an inch onto my face all along my hairline. She sprayed my face with windex and tried to wipe it off but it wasn't working so she gave up and decided to style my hair over my hairline so that no one would see it (as long as my hair never moved!) She blamed my skin type for the problem despite the fact I have been colouring my hair for 6 years and have never experienced anything like it.

I left the salon with a black blotchy mess on my face. I was able to scrub it off at home but it took a lot of time and a lot of skin in the process.

Later that night when I was out with friends someone pointed out to me that I had a big black gob of goo in my ear. Apparently, she didn't bother rinsing that out either. I was totally embarrassed!

To top it all off, within a few days the colour started to wash out of my roots. It barely lasted a week!

They did not even offer a discount. I paid full price plus tip!

Horrible work!

I waited for over an hour after they washed my hair to have my hair cut. Once I met my sylist I realized that she had arrived after my appointment time, ate her lunch and then cut another person's hair while I sat waiting with a towel on my head.

I understand that sometimes people get behind but they could have asked me to come back rather than washing my hair and leaving me stranded with a towel on my head for an hour! There was no apology and no offer for a discount. I will never go there again.

Complete disregard for anyone else's time or schedule.
