I am completely appalled at the quality of service here. I went to get a mani/pedi, for the pedicure she took me to a back room and put my feet in a Dr.Scholls foot bath. She was completely disorganized. She didn't put two coats of polish on my toes so they ended up looking splotchy. Then for my manicure she didn't soak my hands before she pushed the cuticles back so it hurt and she cut my cuticle and made it bleed. Then when I asked for "nail art" on two of my nails I got something a five year old could have drawn. There is no heater to dry the nails here so when she said they were dry and I started putting on my things to go my nails got utterly ruined (I was going to go somewhere else to get them redone anyways) and on top of it all she charged me $75 for the manicure, pedicure and "nail art". There is no combo special and so I got charged separately for each service. I paid just to get the hell out of there and went down the street to Queen's Nails where the very nice people laughed at her despicable job and only charged me $10 to have my manicure redone INCLUDING beautiful nail art. I don't know who gave this woman her aesthetician’s certificate but it needs to be REVOKED!
