I have to tell you I have never been as pleased with a company as I am with Direct Carpet. Michelle came to my home to give me an estimate and she was not only very professional but extremely friendly and caring....I had just lost my Mom less then 2 weeks before and Michelle was a God send to me. Just a couple of days later Mike and his crew came to my home to install the new carpet and underpad and again the most professional ...nicest..amazing people ever!! The work that they did was impeccable and superb!! I forgot to tell you the price that Michelle gave me blew me away....was way under any other company!! I am more then happy with my whole experience and thank Michelle....Mike and his crew and all of Direct Carpet with my whole heart!!
