Driveway Paving
Hello, I hired Nortown Paving to pave my driveway in May 2012. Less than 2 months later my driveway was full of cracks ranging as long as 7 feet in length. They didn't put enough asphalt down which resulted in these damages. These cracks are spreading daily (width and length wise). I contacted Mr Sam Volante (owner of Nortown). I explained this problem and asked him to replace this damaged area as i believe that is only fair. Mr Volante clearly told me he will not replace this damaged area. Mr Volante was extremely rude and arrogant during our conversation. I have never experienced such poor customer service and disregard for customer satisfaction by anyone in the service industry. I paid $3500 for this job and Mr Volante is only concerned with receiving this money and will not stand up for his company and the product he delivers. I filed a complaint with BBB and am in the process of getting my lawyer involved to bring this matter to the court system. I believe it is only fair that i paid for a product and service that should be to my satisfaction and Nortown failed to deliver on both categories. I would NOT recommend this company or its product to anyone as Mr Volante has no skills in customer service, has no concern for his customers and their complaints and will not address any problems with the workmanship.
