Had the most horrible experience at STC Trade secrets. The owner is absolutely horrible at managing the shop. I came to return a curler and she insisted that the packaging was missing a small piece of plastic. She swore at me and showed her middle finger. Further her employees got themselves involved and calld me names. And lied to security. Absolutely never going there, horrible place with no customer service skills whatsoever. Will be doing a formal complaint. Dont go there thy dont want to exchange anythin, will say anything to bypass their own exchange policy.
