If they are busy they tend to get the empties mixed up with other people's. When you question them they will add up what you brought back incorrectly because they have mixed up your return with someone else's. I realised when I got home that I was ripped off for close to $5. It's not a lot of money, its the principal. There's no point in going back to complain because they'll tell you you've left the premises and there's nothing they can do for you.
