unpleasant experience
My experience with this company was unpleasant. I felt, at times, threatened and intimidated. I do not plan on using their services again, including the three year guarantee they offer.

It is unfortunate that this client felt the experience was unpleasant.
Everything said to her was twisted and taken out of context When we tried to explain she refused to listen
but kept on ranting and making false and incorrect assumptions and accusations.
She would hang up before we had our chance to respond
We gave her intense service attention
The problem with her eavestrough has been resolved
But she demands we do something that is technically incorrect .
What she really wants is to get the job for free .
And if need be we will take HER to court for slander which is new case law
Internet has certainly created a free for all for people who choose to resolve theie issues on line instead if normal channels --very sad !!!
