I've used Gem twice and they've now replaced all of the windows in my 90 yr old home.
My experience with both the salesperson and the installation team was great. The saleperson helped me find the style of window I was looking for, though they weren't common, and understood immediately that I wanted a specific look, without sacrificing quality.
And I can't say enough about the installation team who did a great job, despite outrageously cold temperatures. They were respectful of my home, worked as fast as possible and left no mess behind.
