No Stars! Just traded in my 2005 PT Cruiser. Only 96710 km on it, one owner, following maintenance schedule. Bought a new car on Thursday, old car broke down on Friday and had to be towed to dealership. Was told that Ace's Automotive must not have done any of the work I paid for in the last 1.5 years. No evidence of oil changes actually being done, oil was dry! Air Conditioning Compressor not working, however the freon was topped up for a cost of $70.00. Head Gasket gone! Previous work in the winter was re-done at least 3 times due to "Faulty" parts shipped to them. Warning lights going on within 2 blocks of leaving their garage. I am sure they must have driven my car 100 km. on one visit. Sloppy record keeping, much too brief work orders with little detail of parts used. Does not give estimates before, just goes ahead and does the “work” and then tells you the price. Got a lot less for the car than I had negotiated on Thursday evening. It's a miracle disaster was averted! No Stars!
