Once again I have had my furnace given the anual service. Marc Andre provided the service and although I had told him that this had occurred many times before he completed the service and by nightime we realize that only the fan is working. I really am getting very frustrated by the quality of service we receive. Cost of the service contract is not cheap and you expect the servicing to be done properly. To top it off when you phone to get another service call you always have to wait till the next day. There is no such thing as an emergency service.
